Infection Prevention & De-odorizing
Being a first in the world to combat MRSA , our specially developed and Patented Miracle Surface Technology ensures that bacteria do not propagate or exist on the surface. This significantly reduces secondary infections of patients.
We test our products at state of the art microbiology labs in Japan and it has been proven effective, 99.9995%, against a wide array of bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, E-coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae and MRSA. This anti bacteriostatic value helps in reducing odor causing bacteria, thus giving the de-odorizing effect.

Water Proof, Impermeable and Stain Resistant
Our Patented Miracle Surface Technology is completely impermeable to Air and Water and restricts any contamination of the inner foam. This is very effective against infections from bacteria, pus, humor, blood and urine, seeping through where as in a conventional product proper cleaning becomes a challenge. This feature also reduces permanent stains as all such contamination is easily wiped away
The Mattress is completely washable and is especially resistant to high temperatures (100c) where even steam cleaning is possible. Since the Patented Miracle Surface Technology perpetually maintains cleanliness, wiping with hot or distilled water is sufficient avoiding harmful detergents and alcohol to be used. Furthermore there are no Seams, Zippers and Edges which often gets contaminated and become a major source for breeding bacteria.

Bedsore Prevention
At any point throughout the mattress we ensure that the surface pressure is minimized and stays within limits. Our Patented Miracle Surface Technology, which has perfect body weight dissipation limits maximum body pressure at 20-30 mm/Hg. This unique feature prevents pressure ulcers, commonly known as bedsores.
We use state of the art pressure imaging technology both during product development and final testing to achieve this. Furthermore with special characteristics such as body-contouring and even weight distribution the patient is kept very comfortable and safe even against shear stress and tissue tear which is usually associated with conventional products.

Shigadry has done very important research at Shiga Prefectural University on the effects of Natural Foam Mattress (Super-flex) and Sleeping Comfort.
The studies have captured the most important functions of the human body called the Autonomic Nervous System along with research on the improvement of general blood flow, skin blood flow, contact pressure, especially of the sacral spine, and heart rate function.
